Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn, an American actor from the United States. Her most famous role was that of Skyler on AMC's drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding supporting Performance on a a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Her other roles include Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock from Deadwood. She was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love with acting in Preparatory School, before her family moved to Ohio during the latter part of 1970. She went to Northwestern University to study theatre as well as the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her career in Chicago, working in theatre roles for many years. After that, she relocated to Hollywood and began acting in TV shows and films. Anna's first big role was Arden on Down the Shore. She was in 29 episodes. Anna continued to be in film as well as TV shows such Seinfeld, NYPD Blue and others up to the late 1990's. Anna was later cast in The Practice as Jean Ward.
